Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of digidynamic.co.in. By using the website you agree to them. They cover the website itself; the services we provide to clients are governed by the separate agreement each client signs with us.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by DigiDynamic, a digital marketing agency based in India. When these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean DigiDynamic.
2. Using the website
You may use this website to learn about our services, read our articles, and get in touch with us. In doing so you agree not to:
- use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting, or the systems behind it;
- copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the website by automated means without our written permission;
- introduce anything malicious, or do anything that interferes with the website’s operation or other people’s use of it.
We may restrict or block access to the website for anyone who breaches these terms.
3. Our content
Everything on this website that we created — the text, the design, the illustrations, the code and the DigiDynamic name and logo — belongs to us. You may view it, and print or save pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.
The names, logos and marks of our clients and of the platforms we work with belong to their respective owners and are shown here to describe our work. Nothing on this website grants a licence to use them.
4. Client reviews and results
The reviews on this website are from real clients and are published with their permission. The results described in them, and in any case study or figure we publish, are the results those clients achieved. They are not a promise of what any other business will achieve: outcomes in marketing depend on the market, the offer, the budget and much else that is specific to each client.
5. Booking a call
The booking calendar on this website is provided by Cal.com. Booking a call through it is subject to Cal.com’s own terms as well as these. A booked call is a conversation about how we might help; it does not by itself create any obligation on either side.
6. Our services
The services described on this website are offered to businesses. Any engagement is governed by a written agreement between us and the client, which sets out the scope, fees and terms of that work. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or is an offer capable of acceptance.
7. Links to other websites
This website links to other websites that we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of other websites and a link does not mean we endorse them.
8. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided as general information only, and we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or anything on it — including any decision you take on the basis of information here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Privacy
How we handle information about you is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to us through the Contact page.
